Return policy

  • Return & Exchange due to size & style can be done within 07 days from the date of delivery for all online orders

  • Tags should be intact and product should be unused

  • Incase of “Damaged Product” intimate within 24 hours of delivery for exchange or return. Damage’ does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased

  • No exchanges or returns or refund will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer

  • Product(s) should be unused & unwashed

  • All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged

  • For product(s) in Mask(For hygiene reasons) or Rakhi category or seasonal sale items, there is no ‘Return/ Exchange’ available

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled “within 24 hours of placing the order” or before shipment has been dispatched whichever is earlier. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the return shipping charge of INR 100 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Note: In case of Non-acceptance of COD Orders.

All COD orders need to be cancelled “within 24 hours of placing the order” or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”

In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers will not be able to place COD order on our website in future.

Refund Policy

​Refund will be initiated by us within 05 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund, will reflect in your Payment Method.
